Nancy S Livengood, Objects Conservator:

Nancy Livengood holds an M.Sc. in Conservation for Archaeology and Museums and an M.A. in the Principles of Conservation from University College London, a Post-baccalaureate certificate in Art Conservation from Studio Art Centers International, and a B.A.in art from Mercer University. She has been self-employed in Atlanta, GA for over three years working independently on a variety of projects including a two-year contract for the Southeast Archaeological Center of the National Parks Service where she conserved over 300 artifacts from their collections.  Prior to her return to Atlanta, Ms. Livengood worked for 2 1/2 years as a contractual conservator with the Maryland Archaeological Conservation Lab at the State Museum of Archaeology in Maryland.
